Growth Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Our Terms

Fifty 2 One Ltd Conditions

Our Promise

If we agree a realistic growth strategy, measurable objectives and both parties fully commit to the campaign, we stand behind our work completely. If we fail to deliver the agreed objectives, we’ll refund every penny paid under the Growth Guarantee. The guarantee exists to remove the risk often associated with SEO whilst ensuring both parties work together honestly and professionally.

1. Agreement Length

The Growth Guarantee is based on a fixed six-month agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Monthly payments must be made on time. Any missed, cancelled or overdue payment means the Growth Guarantee will no longer apply.

3. Exclusive SEO Provider

Fifty2one must remain the only company carrying out SEO work. If another SEO agency, freelancer, consultant or AI SEO platform materially alters the campaign, the guarantee will no longer apply.

4. Significant Website Changes

Major changes to the website, products, services, pricing, structure, navigation, URLs or SEO content must be discussed with Fifty2one before implementation. Significant changes made without our involvement may invalidate the guarantee.

5. Technical Access

We must retain appropriate access to the website, CMS, Search Console, Analytics and any other agreed systems required to deliver the campaign.

6. Recommendations

Where essential SEO, technical or conversion recommendations are declined or repeatedly delayed, the guarantee may no longer apply. This includes recommendations affecting user experience, conversion rates and lead generation.

7. External Factors

The guarantee does not cover circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control, including historic penalties, hacking, malware, hosting failures, domain expiry or major force majeure events.

8. Campaign Objectives

The Growth Guarantee is based on agreed business objectives rather than rankings alone. Objectives may include improved rankings, increased organic traffic, improved visibility, more enquiries, higher conversions, increased online sales or other measurable growth targets agreed within the signed Order Schedule.

9. Commercial Performance

SEO can increase visibility, traffic and opportunities but cannot guarantee purchasing decisions. Fifty2one cannot be held responsible for poor commercial performance arising from uncompetitive pricing, poor customer service, slow lead response, poor sales processes, lack of stock, poor products or services, or other business decisions outside our control. If we significantly increase qualified traffic but those visitors do not convert because of factors within the client’s business, this will not constitute a failure of the Growth Guarantee.

10. Refund Eligibility

Where Fifty2one has completed the agreed work, both parties have complied with these Terms and the agreed campaign objectives have not been achieved within the six-month period, a full refund will be provided.

11. Returning the Website

Before any refund is issued, all onsite SEO work completed under the Growth Guarantee must be removed and remain removed for a continuous period of 14 days. This ensures neither party benefits from work that has been refunded and allows Google sufficient time to recrawl the website.

12. Good Faith

The Growth Guarantee is intended for genuine businesses seeking long-term growth. It is based on trust, communication and collaboration. Fifty2one will never seek unfairly to avoid a legitimate refund, and equally expects clients not to deliberately undermine the campaign.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. If we’ve genuinely failed despite both parties meeting their obligations, we’ll refund without argument.
Multiple parties changing SEO makes performance impossible to measure fairly.
Large changes can significantly alter rankings, traffic and conversion performance.
Our responsibility is to improve your visibility and create more opportunities. Sales also depend on pricing, service quality, stock, response times and your sales process.
Absolutely. We simply ask that significant changes are discussed with us first so they support the agreed growth strategy.
